1934 genuine 91-year-old line block print (mechanical) after Australian artist Betty Caddy's lino print entitled “Snakebirds”. Delightful artwork on lovely soft mat paper, a reproduction of the piece for art journal publication "Manuscripts" printed in Adelaide, dated 1934. Rarely offered, recently framed with simple vintage solid wood and custom double mat behind glass, and in excellent condition!

Betty Caddy (Olsen 1903-1991) was an Australian artist who studied under George Bell and Max Meldrum. She was a prolific art collector, as well as an accomplished artist, holding regular exhibitions during the 30s & 40s.
