Vintage 1950s print after French Rococo artist Jean-Honoré Fragonard’s painting “The Swing" (1767). The painting is considered Fragonard's most celebrated work and a key example of the Rococo style. The original painting is in the Wallace Collection in London.  Framed with ornate gilt and custom mount behind glass, ready to hang.

“Jean-Honoré Fragonard (1732–1806) was a prolific French painter known for his late Rococo style, characterized by its exuberance and sensuality. He trained with Jean-Siméon Chardin and François Boucher and won the Prix de Rome in 1752, which allowed him to study in Italy. After a successful start with grand mythological paintings, he found his niche painting smaller, more intimate genre scenes and landscapes for private patrons.“
