Exceptional original Mid century circa 1950 landscape painting signed by significant Indigenous Australian artist Lindsay Imbarndarinja. A superb and unique example of the renowned Hermannsburg School style. Vibrant use of colour, particularly the deep blues and purples for distant mountains and rich ochres for rocky escarpments, likely the MacDonnell Ranges of Central Australia. Framed with black coated beveled solid wood and glass with ‘floating’ mount to showcase the edge of the paper.
